Credit to CouponMom for posting this on her blog! Purchase two specially marked bottles of Herbal Essences, and mail in a rebate form by 06/30/09 to receive a free haircut voucher. Vouchers will be received within 4-6 weeks from the rebate mail date and are valid through 07/31/09.

There are items priced as low as $1 at most store locations (if not all), and sometimes even less for clearanced items, but if specific Bath & Body Works products are staples at your house, this is a great time to stock up and receive a free item while you’re there! Thanks to everyone for emailing about E.L.F. cosmetics! The only product I’ve ever used from E.L.F. is the clear eyebrow mascara (keeps those brows neatly brushed in place!), but with a teenage daughter whose make-up list is almost as long as mine…I’m going to check out a few other products!
E.L.F. is known for their great prices – just $1 for each product. That’s a great price if you enjoy the products, but how do you know until you try? (I learned this from the Jane promotion several months ago!)
