Thank you, Rachel! The 2009 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade will take place Thursday, December 3rd through Saturday, December 5th, and you’re invited! Register to receive up to eight free day passes (ages 3 & up – children under 3 do not require a ticket) to Magic Kingdom by joining the production audience for the Christmas Parade, which will air on Christmas Day. Production audience members must commit to stay at the parade for a four-hour time period, but are welcome to remain in Magic Kingdom following their assigned shift.

It’s time for the annual Free Night of Theater again, and this year is bigger and better than ever with more than 75,000 free tickets in over 120 cities (unfortunately, there’s still a bit of a lapse throughout the Mountain Region)! The online ticket reservation system begins on October 1st in most participating regions, so check now to see if theaters are participating in your city! Most performances are scheduled to debut on October 15th, but dates and times vary by region.

I know the kids in this picture are celebrating “someone’s” birthday, but that’s okay if the National Park Service wants to take credit for their happiness. After all, they are allowing the entire country to visit any of the 391 national parks free of charge on Saturday, September 26th!

It’s that time of year again! The national 2008 campaign of the Theater Communications Group’s Free Night of Theater debuts in over 100 major cities across the country, starting October 16th, and tickets may be reserved on October 1st after 12pm CST. Tickets sell out quickly, so mark 10/01 on your calendar and reserve free tickets for a performance in your area!
Over fifty new cities have been added this year, so check to see if shows are playing in a theatre near you! Though the campaign launches on October 16th, shows are available throughout November.
Mystery shopping at area attractions = more fun for less money! Amusement Advantage was started in 1997 specifically for the amusement industry. In exchange for providing professional-quality feedback on amusement/theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, arcades, attractions/museums, children’s play centers/parks, zoos/wildlife parks/aquariums, and carnivals/fairs, Amusement Advantage shoppers receive free admission tickets, reimbursement, and/or payment.
Most assignments are released on the Friday closest to the 20th of each month and the following week. Amusement Advantage pays within two to three weeks of successful assignment completion, and Early Return $5 bonuses are offered to shoppers who submit all paperwork by 10am of the morning following the attraction visit.
