The nuttiest thing I have done in my whole life is I GOT MARRIED TO a man I knew for 2 DAYS thankfully 7 YEARS LATER and TWO MINI PEANUTS (my 2 sons ) we are still very MUCH IN LOVE and he just happens to Love Penuts Very Much! SO THERE MY HUBBY DESERVES IT FOR ALWAYS PUTTING UP WITH HIS NUTTY WIFE !!!!!!!!!!!! ME
I am always doing nutty things, but one that comes to mind is that I put a tiara on a tiger. And yes, I have the picture to prove it!!!
I live in a house full of men so to them everything I do is ‘Nutty”.
I have always been a bit nutty, as my adult children can attest to, so it’s hard to pick just one thing. I guess the nuttiest thing I have done this year is to babysit all 8 of my grandchildren at the same time. They are aged 2 to 11.
I started school=)
Last Christmas we had my husbands family here (he is the youngest of seven). We braved the cold and rain with all the kids and adults and went to midnight mass. In the confusion and chaos, I forgot to remind my three year old to put on underwear. I realized it when she went to the front of the church for a Christmas story and bent over to pick up the book!
About 6 mos ago I started a new job and the 2nd day i went in with 2 different shoes on. I didn’t notice it when I left home, driving in the car, walking from the lot either until I was standing at the elevator with other people. Get this the shoes weren’t even the same style and they had different heels too, 1 was about 1 inch and the other was about 2 inches.
I still get followed around by one guy who brings people by to look at me!
I took my entire kindergarten class of 24 to a pumpkin patch and petting zoo! It was a blast! I think I was even more excited than they were!
The nuttiest thing? I would have to say that when our power went out (hurricane Ike) recently, I forgot to take my birth control pills….. needless to say, we are expecting again. Oops! We are totally psyched now though, just a bit of a surprise, to say the least….lol.
Took on a new job with added stress when everything in my life was going perfect. No big surprise things never got back to normal. Oh, did I mention I had two kids under 2 at the time, also. Yes, nuts would be completely comfortable in my house because it is already full of them.
I have 5 kids is that nuts enough
Got up to make my morning cup of tea and sat down to watch the news. The phone rang so I answered it, went into the kitchen to get some milk for my tea to cool it down a bit while I was on the phone, ended my call and then put the phone back on the cradle. Went in to sit down again and watch the news and then couldn’t find the remote to change the channel. It just wasn’t anywhere! I wandered around, shifting cushions, checking in the sofa crevices and then happened to glance at the telephone cradle. There sat the remote. Allrightythen! So where did I put the phone? Alas, I did not find the phone until two hours later when my daughter went into the kitchen to get a glass of milk and asked, “Um, Mom, why is the telephone in the refrigerator?”
And yes, I am blonde. Personally, though, I think the lack of working brain cells is due to motherhood and impending change-of-life. (Well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!)
Blessings!

I went on vacation to Costa Rica & fell in love with a little street dog. I insisted on bringing him home to the States. Multiple calls to the airlines & US dept. of Agriculture, a few backdated documents & a forged service dog certificate (for the benefit of the hotel we were staying at) and I got him home! My husband & our friends we were traveling with, as well as most of the locals we encountered, thought I was NUTS!! (As it turned out I was actaully pregnant & just rediculously emotional!)
I had a 70 mile trip. The weather was rainy and overcast. Drivers were as goofy as ever, so half the way there, I got off the freeay to take a ’shortcut’ I thought I had remembered. I was heading south originally. The road started out southerly, after 20 minutes, I realized the twists and turns had me going northwest, and I was nearly 1/2 way back to tmy starting point.
The nuttiest thing that I have done so far this year was just today!!! I was driving from work to class at night when I got this horrible nose bleed. Determined to get to class I kept driving even though I could not find kleenex. My sweater and hands and face were full of blood. I then parked at school. got out of my car and proceeded to walk to the doorway where it was now bleeding profusely. Coming out my nose and mouth. It was a freightening sight and the school called the paramedics who wanted me to go to the hospital but I was determined to not miss class. When the bleeding stopped they released me to call my own doctor and I walked into my classroom forgetting I had blood all over me. Needless to say they sent me home.
I think one of the nuttiest things i have done this year is to plan a community awareness day mainly by myself…I have done all the ordering of materials ,planning, calling etc.My living room is full of boxes of resources and i still have until nov. 30 to house it..lol…a well thought out plan with best intentions and executed..but no more,,,,not like this..ups man ,fedex man, hubby and kids thinks i am a nut,so i should win nuts for this one…They’d love that!!!! enter me please…
I can’t honestly remember anything nutty I did in the last year (although there surely were plenty of occasions that have slipped my mind). Maybe a few canisters of Emerald nuts would improve my memory…..
Thinking that I could be President of a service group, working 40 hours and keeping up with a 2 yr old.
The nuttiest thing I have done recently was I was coming back from lunch to work, I work at Walgreens and one of the employees had asked me if we carry icecream cones. I stood there and looked at her and the customer for a minute thinking wow. Then it happened I opened my mouth and looked at them and asked what like icecreamcones that you put icecream in you now not thinking you usually don’t get asked that question I was thinking you know the frozen icecream cones. Oh my gosh I thought they both were going to wet their pants laughing so hard. I didn’t even realize what I had said until after I said it.
Planned a wedding & honeymoon in 1 week!
Turned out beautiful!
We forgot the nuts!
Going on vacation only to return home and close on a house and move two days later!
The nuttiest thing I did was go to the grocery store and forgot to take the hot curlers (yes some still use them) out of the back of my hair. I wondered why people were looking at me so funny :0

The nuttiest thing that I have done lately is locked myself out of my housing @ 2:00 am in the morning, in the pouring rain, in boxers and flip flops. My wife works five min away at an all night dinner, she had a key to the house. I had to walk five min, wet in boxers and flipflops. I received alot of strange looks, but hey, at least I got the house key.
The nuttiest thing I did was going back to school at age 26, getting engaged my first semester, getting married my second semester (during spring break, ha!), getting pregnant with my first baby and having her my junior year, and being pregnant with my second baby for final exams and finally graduation! Then moving across country 2000 miles away, living with my mom for about 3 months, moving into an apartment, moving again to a different apartment, having the baby then moving again to a different apartment! Now we are settled for the moment! Maybe if I had a pack of Emerald Almonds then that would be enough nuts to not go nutty!
The nuttiest thing I’ve done this year was to go to Walmart grocery shopping and realized at check out that my wallet was at home in my NEW purse. In my hurry, I’d forgotten I had changed purses the night before, and I was carrying my old one!
Not my finest moment!!

The nuttiest thing I’ve done this year, hmmm! I can’t think of anything. I think that is probably because everyday life is pretty crazy around here. My husband has two jobs, we homeschool our four children and we are very involved at our awesome church. Please pick me, I love nuts.

I dance (and sometimes sing) with my girls when we have to wait in line, name some kind of line and we have danced in it. Just today we spent over an hour and a half dancing and singing at the DMV renewing my drivers licence and their were only 4 people in front of me!!
The nuttiest thing I have done was offering to care for my two teenage granddaughters while their dad works nights and their mom is in Iraq. There is just some things a grandmother should not know!!!
The nuttiest thing I’ve done all year was run a marathon while pregnant. I’d love to win the nuts!! Yum yum!
JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING ELSE I DID IF TWO COMMENTS ARE OK. AGAIN SLEEPY ONE WEEKEND MORNING I WAS OUT FRONT OF MY HOME PULLING WEEDS AND BENT OVER I THOUGHT MY NEIGHBORS WERE BEING FRIENDLY CAUSE THEY KEPT BEEPING THEIR HORN AND OFCOURSE I WAVED. . LATER THAT MORNING I UNDERSTOOD WHY ,MY SPANDEX SHORTS WERE RED AND CROTCH WAS WHITE AND I HAD THEM INSIDE OUT. GUESS THEY THOUGHT I HAD A HOLE IN MY SHORTS AND WERE SEEING MY UNDERWEAR. I HAVE YET TO MENTION THAT INCIDENT TO EXPLAIN, BUT REMEMBER SAYING TO MY HUSBAND GEE OUR NEIGHBORS ARE FEELING GOOD THIS MORNING.SO FRIENDLY! HOW STUPID I FELT.
This summer, after not having ridden a horse in over 10 years (at 57 years of age), I flew to a friend’s house in Wyoming to help her herd cattle for 4 1/2 hours. OUCH! I was sore in places I never knew I had!
I went grocery shopping with my husband (I know, it gets even nuttier) So, we decided to divide and concour. When I was done I found him in the produce section and gave him a squeeze from behind to celebrate being done with my half of the list. To my suprise and horror, I realized I was not hugging my husband, the man was a little suprised too. Wow, that just goes to show what a little sleep depravation can do for you.
I guess the nuttiest thing I did was take off down the road in my car to the store to discover I forgot to put on any underware and my shoes did not match never less to say it was a very short shopping trip
The nuttiest thing I have done is died my own hair. Twice. Both times it turned a lovely gold shade of blonde, and green at the ends. Both times you would think I would have learned my lesson the first time…I looked lovely coming into work..to bad it wasnt closer to Halloween.
The nuttiest thing we did was to go on a ghost hunt at a haunted castle. We heard some really strange things…chains rattling, faint voices and experienced battery drainage on video cameras and cold spots. Quit exciting!
Nutty is going to the store on the last day of the sale, and leaving your coupons at home! Now that is “nutty” (I must confess, this is a true story)
I was checking out at a restaurant and asked where are the bears that you always sell. you know the shoney bears. She nicely said those are sold at Shoneys you are at Bob Evans. Embarrassing!
