Hi, the price says $10 when you first click on the product but once the checkout screen comes on it’s over $30 and then another $10 off with the google checkout so not sure what the problem is, maybe their site.

Looks like they changed the price on us! It seems it’s now $31. Definitely was an oversight on their part. They must have realized they had mispriced it when all the loyal iM’ers started taking advantage!
Actually, the Buy.com price has not changed, but their ordering works very similar to Amazon.com. Buy.com offered this product (sold directly from their warehouse) at a reduced rate of $10. Once their supply had been depleted, the ordering form redirects you to a different supplier.
As the Buy.com supply is currently 0, it’s a good idea to simply wait a few days to see if they receive more in stock. (I’ll keep checking with them!)

I bought 2 of these over the holidays for gifts and they are great. A couple of the items are very flimsy and one broke while we took it out of the case but the majority are great and well worth it.
It is now $31.76??…..nothing comes up for $10.00….it must of been a glitch….it is fixed now??
yeah here they always say its free on mommies site but then you go to the website they send to our email saying its supousably free and its always a (deleted by iMommies) scam!!!
First of all (see my previous comment above), the price from Buy.com is $10. The third-party merchants who are ALSO selling this item on Buy.com have published a $31.46 list price. Because no store can have an unlimited supply of ANY product…and especially FREE products…occasionally, Buy.com’s supply is completely depleted, and products are sold by third-party merchants (as you’ll notice from the actual Radian Connectivity Kit product page).
Buy.com has partnered with Google for the $10 off $10 Google Checkout promotion. The third-party merchants, however, are NOT partnered with this promotion.
Second, a total of 21 readers ordered this item within two hours of the iMommies posting and received it for $0. Popular “freebies” go very quickly, and this was apparently very popular.
Third, the Buy.com promotion is not a scam, as you’ll notice from the other Buy.com items posted below. All were purchased by iMommies readers, starting in October of last year:

Finally, if you had found Buy.com to be a true scam, I’d graciously accept your criticism. Fortunately, the Google Checkout promotion on Buy.com does not fit within this category. I can, however, understand your frustration if you’ve attempted to request/order a couple of free items AFTER the supplies were depleted. My best piece of advice is to consider the laws of supply and demand when you see something posted here that you’re truly interested in…they cannot, and will not, last forever.
Bottom line: This was a legitimate offer for a limited time. As always, I appreciate your feedback, and apologize for any frustration you may have experienced from sources published on iMommies.
