I ordered 2 of the pink sets. Gave my credit card # and all and went about my merry little way. I check the order status the next day and it says my total is $18.00 and half the order is cancelled. So now I am supposed to get 1 set of these bags for $18.00?????? So I explained the coupon code and ordering 2 and everything, the customer service rep said dont worry I will fix everything. She tells me to check online in an hour and it will show my corrected order. Which it did. So I go online today to check the order and it says that its been cancelled again, and now my card has a $23.00 charge on it. So I call back, explain the situation and the rep tells me that I cant cancel the order at all, the second was deleted by me?!?!?! How does that make sense? So now by the way I have a total of $41.00 thats been charged to my card..... So I ask to speak with a supervisor......the response? "Ma'am, we dont have supervisors here. If you hang up and call back you can just get a different rep and they can give you the same answers I have" OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you say amazed? Wow! This company is horrible!
