If I had any savings by going to Sam's, which is debatable, it was going to be eaten up by the 10% fee. I feel so stupid for wasting a Saturday afternoon in traffic and in Sam's for nothing. The Sam's Club in Concord, CA. parking lot is only 1/3 full at any time. The Costco parking lot several miles away is always nearly full and at least 2-1/2 times the size. That alone tells the tale. I belong to Costco and use the one day pass to see if there is anything I can't get at Costco. Costco is a world of difference better. Sam’s Club is 2nd rate compared to Costco.
