Happy Leap Day From CVS And Wellness360!
We’re leaping, CVS, we’re leaping! 1GR8Mommy42 and Money Saving Mom are Leap Day heroes for CVS shoppers, for finding this cleverly hidden gem and passing it along! This $5 off $15 coupon and $30 gift card for a transferred prescription are good through March 31st. If you’re not familiar with CVS shopping, it’s coupons like this, combined with Extra Care Bucks, that allow shoppers to purchase items, while spending little or no cash out of pocket.

This month’s coupon is not the typical CVS website-hosted coupon. It’s available for printing (unlimited copies) after enrolling with wellness360. To receive your PDF of the $5 off $15 and $30 gift card (with transferred prescription) coupons, follow the steps below.
1.) Click HERE to access the wellness360 website
2.) Complete the enrollment form (free enrollment)
3.) Click Accept in the Terms & Conditions box
4.) Click Enroll at the bottom of the screen
5.) Scroll to the bottom of the Enrollment/Congratulations page, and make note of the Member ID and Password
6.) Click HERE to access the wellness360 login page
7.) Enter your Member ID and Password from Step 5
8.) At the top of the page, place your cursor over the My Medical Record tab, and click Member ID Card
9.) Complete the Personal Information form (it’s basic), then click Print ID Card
10.) Print and save the PDF containing the Membership ID card (the CVS coupons are at the bottom of the PDF, directly underneath the Medical ID card)

Elizabeth, you should call the CVS corporate office while you’re in the store, and preferably with the manager. (The coupon is definitely not fraudulent.)
I guess they have changed the coupon at the bottom, because I didn’t get one. : (
Nope, didn’t have the coupon at the bottom of my page either. Just crummy ads. Guess it’s too late!
