At one time, I wanted a log home so desperately, I actually decorated our new house in a rustic/lodge theme.  It looked terrible, and eventually I took it all down, resigning myself to the fact that just because I decorated it with log home decor, that did NOT make it so!  Maybe one day, I’ll own that log home on my own mountain in Montana, but until then, I’ll just have to settle for pictures in magazines.  Get your own free subscription to Log Homes Illustrated by clicking on the picture below.  You’ll have to fill out a few qualification questions (10-15 minutes), but you may qualify for a few other subscriptions also.
