By my calculations, I’ve received 63 emails about this offer, and I’ve not ignored any of them! Yes, the company is legitimate, their customer service is very prompt and courteous (should you need to deal with them), and everyone (18 and over) is eligible to receive AT LEAST an extra $25…in less than 24 hours!

Refer A Friend using Revolution Money Exchange

First of all, RevolutionMoneyExchange is a great new SECURE way to send/receive/transfer money online…I should say it’s a great SECURE and FREE method of online transferring, and a fabulous alternative to Paypal’s fees! For the next few days (through 04/15/08), everyone who registers for a free account will receive $25. To earn more than $25, simply refer your friends and family, and you’ll receive an additional $10 for each one who registers (up to a total of $500).

Click HERE to complete the 2-minute registration with RevolutionMoneyExchange, and within 24 hours, $25 will be transferred to your new RevolutionMoneyExchange account. Once transferred, if you’d like to withdraw the $25, simply transfer the balance to your own checking account (free of charge). You may also opt to have a check sent to you, though there is a $2.50 charge to receive your $25 balance via check.

I quit the sign-up process when it asked for my SSN. It’s not clear to me why they need that because it states that they do not use it to make credit inquiries or decisions–it looks like you are actually opening a bank account with them. They have overdraft fees, stop-payment fees, etc.

I am not liking the idea of giving out my SS# either. It looks like they are going to pull your credit report & make an inquiry. I’ll have to think about this.

  3. Rachel Blankenship says:

I tried to sign up for the account and half way through it told me there was already an account with my ssn# (which I was in the process of doing) and it has never let me finish. Customer service was horrible and they still haven’t sent me an email as to what happened with my account.

  4. Mandi says:

I do not think they are doing anything with your credit. The company is actually an FDIC-insured bank, and as stated on their site, they are required as such to verify your identity as part of anti-terrorism laws (I can’t find it now because I’m already registered, but the notice was there during registration at some point).

That said, I am not very impressed with their customer service. Several people I referred received errors while setting up accounts and then received messages that their email address was already in use. I emailed to find out how they need to proceed so that they get their $25 and I get my $10, and I’ve gotten no response. I plan to call tomorrow. I do have $90 ready to withdraw, and I sent my husband’s $25 to my account with no problem, but I think there are some glitches to be worked out.

Well, I sighned up. I don’t have a problem with it. Who would throw away $25 PLUS the shot at up to $500 more? Not me, baby!

  6. Catherine Stevens says:

well i went ahead and did it. i’ll lt you know how it works out. they already deposited the 25.00 to my account. However, I will not be able to withdraw or transfer til my checking account has been verified, through the same way that paypay does. I did some checking the bank that funds it is ligit, so I’ll let you know the outcome.

  7. Michele Sheesley says:

When does the money post to your account? I just signed up and no$25 is there.

  8. Naomi says:

I noticed that that Buy.com is promoting the Revolution credit card for a $50.00 credit if you apply. I think that is part of the same organization, if that makes us feel any better about giving out our SSN.

  9. L.F. says:

My $25 is posted to my account. I had to choose ‘Accept’ in the Account Summary to accept the funds (which, of course, I did). Thanks for the $25, Jennifer…who can’t use a little extra these days?

  10. Sandra says:

I’ve used the service as an Ebay seller, and while not as efficient as Paypal, they are still paying us to set up an account (some may remember Paypal gave out a $5 referal fee)

I read somewhere that the SS number is required to prevent money laundering which sounds logical to me.

  11. Holli says:

thanks girl, i signed up for sure!

  12. Melissa Atkinson says:

Worked great for me. Got my $25 right away.

You HAVE to be kidding! This was the easiest money I have ever made in my life! For those of us who EBay or similar things, this is great! I just signed up, the money is posted to my account, I referred my husband, his money is in the account, and then there are my sisters in law and friends . . . this is just too easy! THANK YOU!!!

I never had a problem with RME yet. You can use RME with the Abundant Living System providing the inviter accepts RME. I love RME despite the 2500 monthly limit. It’s not a bad thing to actually have a limit in place, as I have heard horror stories from those who had been fxxked from using paypal and how some people had thousands of dollars stolen from paypal via false complaints from buyers on sites like ebay and such.
