I was just curious has anyone used the BBW Coupon yet? Although it does not specify a particular free product the coupon does state: While supplies last, no substitutions and product may vary by location. Are they giving you a specific product? If so does anyone know what it is?
It really does vary by location…some stores have restricted the free item to any product from their Signature collection, but many allow anything from their stores. I’ve not yet heard of anyone being required to select a specific product.

I went on Sat. I did buy a gift card for my mom and used that as my purchase to get a free bottle of oil, the kind you use with their burner, they didnt question me at all!!!! I am in columbus ohio

I went this morning and it was great! I bought the gift bag, too, and a $10 set of foot lotion/scrub.
I must have missed the gift bags. I did see the emry boards for $1.50, so I bought one of those and then used the coupon on some lotion. The cashier was like, “Oh yeah, this is a great coupon.” Said with a smile and didn’t bat an eye. I was even in the store for a long while as I hadn’t been there for . . . years?? . . . and so there were lots of new scents.
Now that I looked at the link to S.B.’s blog, and saw the picture, I remember seeing those bags laying around on the shelves in several different locations. I didn’t even think to look at them. They would have come in handy to put the lotion in as a gift. Oh well, next time.
I went today and got the emery board too! then i got free bubblebath! they had not seen the coupon, so they werent sure what i could get for free… they said they figured it would be anything from the signature collection!! sounded good to me! thanks so much!!!
I went yesterday here in SC and bought an emory board for $1.50 and then got a mini shower gel, lotion, and shower poof all wrapped up in a gift bag for $10 but for FREE with the coupon!! The cashier had no problems with it!
I tried to use the coupon. The cashier told me that the coupon is fake, that they received the letter from corporate not to except the coupon.
Yeah, I was quite embarassed.
I went yesterday and the clerk gave me a knowing look and said politely “Ah, yes, this coupon is a fraud, it was photoshopped and posted on the internet and we are not honoring it.”
I was able to use the coupon without issue today, and so was my friend. I was very honest and asked the sales clerk drectly given some of the comments posted here, but she assured me that it is real and “a really great deal”
I went to my local BBW store & used my coupon 3 days ago. No problem. I went last nite with a freind and they said it was a fraud. I was VERY embarassed. I called the nearest store & the man also said it was a fraud. I just got off the phone with their corporate headquarters. The very nice lady on the phone said that the coupon is VALID. She called my local store & told them to honor the coupon when I go back today to use it. She said that she was going to let the marketing dept know that this is going on all over the country, and that everyone WILL be able to use their coupons. And FYI-she also told me that if you had multiple coupons, you can make multiple purchases (buy one emory board, use coupon, get the gift set free) for $1.50 on the same trip!!!!!! You don’t need to leave & go to another store, or to go back the next day! So when I go back tonite, I’m buying 5 diffusers, and only paying $8.50!!!!!

I went yesterday, I was looking for the $10 set of foot lotion/scrub, but didn’t find it, so I bought the emery board and a body lotion, the cashier seems already know about the coupon, just typed the authorization code and i have no problem.
I was the first to use the coupon at my local store, and I printed one out for my Mom as well. No problems at all. Thanks!!!
I didn’t have any problems at all. I got a sponge yesterday (I needed a new one) and got a bodywash for free. I actually know the manager at my BBW. And she didn’t say anything about it being a fraud.
I went yesterday and bought some liquid soap and got some $10.50 body splash for free. The cashier had to ask the manager and the manager said that it had to come from the Signature collection. I had no problem with the coupon.

Hi, I went tonight with a $10 birthday coupon and the free product coupon. Got 3 soaps for $10 and a spa handlotion ($12) totally free!!
I actually have gone in a few times. Im trying to stock up bit by bit for mothers day.. they prefer to use one coupon at a time but I have had NO problem using them at all!

Kim-Kenosha, WI: I am from Milwaukee and I went to the Brookfield Store just yesterday. The manager there said that corporate just released an email saying that the coupon is good for one person per purchase per day. Could that be true? It ticked me a bit because that same person always gives me a hard time when I shop there. I was with my husband and I asked her if I could make another purchase/transaction on his behalf because he is waiting in the car with our 3-month old baby who is sleeping. She told me she cannot allow it, my husband would have to be the one to purchase himself.
I will try to call corporate again.
