The link above leads to an online form asking for an activation code. But I could not find the above details. I hope the offer is not dead already!!

I think the activation code is on the $10 certificate and you enter it after you receive it. My question is how many can you use at one time. Probably just one I would guess.

When you receive your promotional certificate you have to go online & enter the code @ the above link to activate it & that also enters you in the Instant Win Sweepstakes.

The link in the above post leads to an online form, but within that online form is a link to view the official rules of the promotion. The official rules of the promotion contain the mail-in information.

I’m unsure of how many certificates you can use at once :(, but one is better than none!

I think you have to reguest the certificate now and, when you receive it, activate it to be registered for the $100 gift card. I sent for mine today. I’ll send another tomorrow. I’ll have no problem using them by the 20th!

If you went to Outback on Father’s day, there was an activation code on the receipt so you could do it online. But the Official Rules link says that no purchase is necesary if you mail in a request.

Hmm, it sounds like you would only be able to use one at a time. The website calls this a “10 off certificate”, rather than a gift card, which makes it sounds just like a coupon to me. And usually you cannot combine coupons :-X Of course, as Jennifer said above, one is better than none!

I googled a little more, and found a few discussion boards where this is said to be a $10 off $25 certificate rather than a $10 gift certificate. People who went to the restaurant for Father’s Day did not get a gift certificate, and it has to be used by July 20th. That’s a big difference. I’m not going to send anymore requests until I get one back or someone posts what they got.

Are you only able to use the $10.00 Google check out on one order?

My SASE’s came back in the mail today. I didn’t get any coupons at all. All I got was a piece of paper with a authorization code on it. I sent two envelopes, two days apart, and got them both back today. Both were the exact same piece of paper with no coupon for $10. I’m going to try to call Outback in the morning, but I’m not skeptical I’ll get any answers.

  14. Mel, 27. June 2008, 13:57

I rec’d the SASE back in the mail today as well. It did have an activation code that you enter to see if you are a winner of $100 Outback Gift Card, but no $10 Certificate w/ it. That is a bummer!

  15. George, 27. June 2008, 14:00

I had the same thing happen as above comment. “Thank for your interest, here is your code , good luck in the contest”… entered code and got “Sorry mate, better luck next time”

  16. Arlecchina, 27. June 2008, 18:15

Same here–no certificate, just a sweepstakes entry code. :-(

  17. Cathy, 3. July 2008, 22:26

I entered by code to activate the certificate. For the sweepstakes, I got “sorry” reply.
On the certificate it says “Only valid with a food purchase of $25 or more.” It also says “One certificate per guest, per visit.”
So if 3 friends go to Outback and bring 3 certificates, then can that table save $30?

  18. Cathy, 5. July 2008, 15:23

In June I mailed 3-4 envelopes to get certificates. I received one on 7/3 and another 7/5. The second certificate has the same code as the first certificate. Has this happened to anyone else?
When I entered the code on 7/5, it said “It appears that your $10 Off Certificate has already been activated.” Why would Outback mail me what appears to be an identical certificate?

  19. Pam, 7. July 2008, 9:33

I received my $10 off certificate the other day and just activated it this morning. As soon as I pressed the “Submit” button, it said that I won a $100 gift card for Outback that is going to be delivered by FedEx in 4-6 weeks. I hope this isn’t a hoax!!!!

  20. kim, 7. July 2008, 17:29

i got 2 $10 off certicates on saturday, now i am looking forward to entering the code, i actually didn’t check them for a code yet. thanks!

  21. Aimee, 8. July 2008, 13:55

i got the $10 off certificate the other day (it is off a purchase of $25 or more), and activated it last night. it said that i won a $100 gift card for outback that would come in 4-6 weeks. i’m hoping this is legit. :)

  22. Grace, 31. July 2008, 15:14

I got the certificate and keyed in the code on the back of the $10 off coupon and believe it or not, I won a $100 giftcard!! I could hardly believe it myself, so I waited to see if it would come to me in the mail like they said……..and guess what, it did!! I enjoyed a fabulous steak dinner the other night and didn’g have to pay a dime. Thanks so much for sharing this giveaway!
