If you thought you’d never see a “free drugs” article on iMommies…never say never!  Thanks to Janell for sharing!  There’s been quite a bit of media coverage, but for those who may have missed it, Pfizer is offering up to one year of free prescription medications to individuals who have recently become unemployed (since January 1, 2009).

Pfizer MAINTAIN™ Program Eligibility
Individuals and their immediate family members are eligible for this program if:

• They have become unemployed since January 1, 2009
• They were prescribed and taking a Pfizer medicine for at least 3 months prior to becoming unemployed and enrolling in the program
• Lack prescription drug coverage
• Can attest to financial hardship
