$5-$10 Amazon Gift Certificate (WebMD Survey)
WebMD is sponsoring a two-part survey on the topic of cholesterol which pays $5 for each part. If you qualify, you’ll receive a $5 Amazon.com gift certificate immediately following the end of the first survey. The second survey will be emailed in late January, and another $5 gift certificate emailed immediately following successful completion.
Disable any pop-up blockers and click here to start the survey (which opens up in a separate window from Opinion-Central). Those who qualify will be prompted to complete the full survey; the survey will end for those who don’t meet the qualification requirements.
I clicked on “here” and couldn’t find out anything about a survey. Is there something else I should do?
I took the first part of this survey and was told that I should read the information in the website and that I would be receiving the second part of the survey via email. I took about 45 minutes carefully reading all of the information as I do have a lot of knee pain. (By the way, I learned a lot about knee replacement from this website.) I still haven’t received the second part. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for everything you do. I have really benefitted from your website.

Sorry Jennifer - I’ve clicked on it and disabled my blockers - nothing comes up. I did however download a coupon for a free 15-day supply of Crestor, so all is not lost! Maybe there’s another step we should try?

I took the survey on cholestrol as I have both high cholestrol and arthritis. I had no problem with the choloestrol survey. I finished both the first and the second. The second survey arrived immediately in my email account. I still haven’t received an email on the second survey of the arthritis survey. I emailed Web Med. Maybe I’ll hear from them. I checked my junk mail several times as well and no survey. I do want to thank you, Jennifer, for everything you do. Please do not take this as a complaint because it isn’t!
