Old Cell Phones Or iPods = Amazon Gift Cards!
Thanks, McKids Family – this is great timing for the holiday shopping season! Amazon’s flipswap trade-in program allows customers to trade in their old iPods or cell phones for Amazon.com gift cards. The process seems fairly simple and you can view the estimated trade-in value by entering in your product specifics.
As an example for trade-in values:
1.) Our 14-year old’s first iPod (original $200 purchase price, at a discount) was worth up to $36…probably less, since it doesn’t work right.
2.) My husband’s old cell phone (original $225 purchase price, after discounts and rebates) was worth up to $81.
It’s like trading in last year’s Christmas gifts for this year’s gifts
Click HERE to view the maximum trade-in value of your old cell phone or iPod, enter the product specifics, receive a trade-in quote, ship your device (free of charge), and receive an Amazon gift certificate via email within 7-10 days!
Just to be sure you’re getting the best price, check HERE for the CellforCash trade-in value, as well.

I wonder what it means when it tells you that your credit is: Plant a Tree.
They plant a tree for every phone they recycle. I’ve also used http://www.simplysellular.com to sel back our old cell phones. They offer different prices, so you may want to compare.
thats a cool idea ,I love the fact we get a new tree!
Thanks for the tip – I’m getting $54.79 back!
When it says plant a tree….it means you dont get a gift certificate. They just take the phone and properly dispose/recycle it for you.
My family donates our used cell phones to WDAT, who give the phones to victims of domestic violence to ensure they’re safety. They have local donation drives in most major metropolitan areas if you’re interested.
I love this…oh, all the phones I could have made money with. Thanks so much!
Great resource. Thanks!!!
You’ve been tagged check it out!!
Thanks. I got $5.49 back and was able to plant 2 trees!
