Job Post 09/14/08: Work From Home With VIPdesk

VIPdesk specializes in providing exquisite customer service to their clients in a variety of areas, and is currently accepting applications for both VIP Connect (home-based Brand Ambassadors) and VIP Concierge (home-based Concierge Service Providers).

All positions require candidates to successfully pass a background screening check and a credit check (minimum FICO score of 500). Once your application has been submitted, you should know within 4-6 weeks if your profile matches one of the VIPdesk client profiles - at that time, further information is provided for certification training, scheduling, contract agreements, etc. Both positions allow for flexible scheduling and schedules are posted at least two weeks in advance.

VIP Connect: Brand Ambassadors are independent contractors that run their own home-based businesses. Brand Ambassadors contract with VIPdesk Connect under an Independent Contractor Agreement to receive calls from and provide exceptional customer experiences for VIPdesk Connect clients.

Brand Ambassadors submit their invoices, based on their contract, and are paid via direct deposit.

VIP Concierge: Concierge Service Providers handle telephone calls and emails from the customers of VIPdesk’s high profile, blue-chip clients. Typically, customers call or email and their requests generally fall into one of the following categories: Dining, Entertainment, Travel, Sports & Recreation, Tourist & City, Household, and Shopping. Concierge providers may receive unusual requests (examples: scheduling a helicopter sunset ride, renting monkeys for a birthday party, locating the dress Julia Roberts wore in the movie Ocean’s Eleven, aiding a customer in writing a best man speech, etc.). In order to fulfill the demands of this fast-paced job, it is very important to be extremely savvy, resourceful, and have a strong background in travel, either through personal or work experience. This is a position that requires hospitality expertise and the ability to craft and provide customers with relevant recommendations.

Concierge Service Providers may make up to $14 per hour, and more detailed information on the pay structure is provided during the interview process.

    I completed the process today. It was very easy, however they say it takes 4-6 weeks to hear back about an interview. It sounds legitamate because you are an independent contractor and not their employee. I will post more info once I hear back from them. Thanks for the link!

    I’ve just completed an interview process and going to start training shortly. I’m wondering if anyone has gotten this far or heard anything else? I’ve done a google search on them and I can’t find anything bad! I’m just hoping it’s not too good to be true.
