01/28/08 Job Post: Customer Service Representatives

FreedomVOICE is always recruiting distributors to promote company sales, but they’re also now recruiting for telecommuting customer service positions at a more predictable pay rate of $14.50 per hour.  Prior experience is not required but the position will involve some technical support, so applicants with background knowledge and/or technical bandwidth are encouraged to apply.

FreedomVOICE

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): answering inbound phone calls and emails, resolving service issues, and answering billing questions.

After you’ve had a chance to research FreedomVOICE, you can apply for the Customer Service position by sending an email to resume@freedomvoice.com.  If you’re interested in distributorship opportunities, click HERE.

Remember…when applying for a telecommuting position, your written resume and cover letter are crucial.  You won’t be the only one applying for the position, and the hiring party has no grasp of your wonderful personality and character…your written submissions must send the message (professionally) that YOU are the perfect candidate for the position.

Hmm, I don’t see anything on the website about the telecommuting positions - do you know if they’re part-time or full-time hours? I know a couple of people who might be interested…

    Thanks! :)

Deb, this is a full-time position (not published on their website) that offers full health and dental insurance, as well as four weeks of vacation time per year. Excellent benefits for a telecommuting customer service position!

Do we know how many positions they are looking to fill?

No money is required to work for this company. If you ever find a company that wants to charge you to work for them…you don’t want to work for them!
