Free Books For Teens: Hip Scouts Advance Reader Program

For our teen readers (including one amazing teenage girl whose dream bedroom is a library ;) ), the Hachette Book Group’s “Hip Scouts” is an advance reader program that allows teenagers to receive and review free Young Adult books before they’ve been released.
