The Museum Day event is taking place in museums across the country on Saturday, September 29, as a celebration of our country’s culture.  Though many museums are open to the public year-round without an admission cost, the Smithsonian admission card allows patrons to visit many other museums that would typically charge a fee, provided they visit on 09/29/07.
