For the first time ever, The Knot has released a $10 off $10 purchase coupon code! If you’re planning a wedding (or any party) and looking for small favors, this is a great deal. They have a huge selection of unique favors and this weekend, they’re up to 70% off, in addition to the $10 discount. Shipping on $10 in merchandise comes out to about $10, so the coupon code basically pays for the shipping. There are, however, many items under $10 and free shipping on top of the other discounts is a great deal for party or wedding favors that you just can’t find locally. Even considering the shipping charges, I’m shopping The Knot for a birthday party as we speak!
Click HERE to shop discounted favors at The Knot and use code BRIDECASH at checkout to take $10 off your purchases of $10 or more.

Thanks to the McKids Family for another great find! BuyCostumes.com is featuring a limited quantity of five different costumes each weekday, Monday through Friday, for under $5 each (and $5 shipping in time for Halloween). The five daily costumes are updated at 9am CDT each weekday morning, and available until all quantities are sold out. If you don’t find what you’re looking for in the “5 for 5″, try the clearance section, too. Shipping for those items starts at $1.99, and they have a few items for under $10.
What’s not to love about ordering a costume online? The selection is larger, the prices lower, and the only crowds to deal with are the kids hovering over your shoulder!

Thanks to Karen at Cashbaq for this one! If you haven’t yet purchased the 2009 Entertainment Book, and haven’t yet registered with Cashbaq…NOW is the time to do both! The combination of the two will earn you a free Entertainment Book, a $3 cash bonus, and a HUGE book filled with money-saving coupons!
Even if you’re already enjoying the 2009 Entertainment Book, you can purchase an additional one for your vacation destinations. If you’re already a Cashbaq member, your out-of-pocket expense (after cash back) will be $1.98 for shipping…and the savings in the book FAR exceeds that!
Entertainment Books vary by state to ensure the savings offers are valid in your area, and they include discounts for virtually every type of business…restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, hair and nail salons, the MALL, movie theaters, hotels, dry cleaners, museums and attractions, and many more. Most of the coupons are only good through November of 2009, though a few extend into 2010 (exact coupons vary by location).
Ammo Marketing is recruiting women between the ages of 25 and 45 to participate in a 30-day Wii fitness challenge. Those who qualify and participate will receive a free fitness game, compatible with Nintendo Wii, and may also be invited to host a house party to introduce the game to friends.

Welcome to the 2009 Ultimate Blog Party (the LARGEST party on the web), organized and hosted by 5 Minutes for Mom!
If you’ve stopped here as part of the Ultimate Blog Party festivities, thanks for coming! Make yourself comfortable (this may be the only party you’ll attend where PJs and slippers are acceptable attire!), and feel free to review past articles or chat with other readers. While iMommies features ‘current events’ in the world of ‘household finance’, there are also hundreds of articles, from 2007 to present, that remain valid today. Click HERE for an iMommies overview!
If you’re a regular iMommies reader, you may recall last year’s Ultimate Blog Party…it’s even larger, this year! The party headquarters features more attendees…more prizes…more fun! In addition to the prizes offered at 5 Minutes for Mom, iMommies is giving away a prize a day (each designed to help you look and feel your very best!), throughout the week of the party!
These personalized photo dog tags are great for sports teams, party favors, stocking stuffers, etc. (I ordered several last fall for our “Football Moms Club”…on Mom’s Night Out, we all wear our dog tags, showcasing our eight-year old football stars
.)
Regularly priced at $8.99, you can now create your own personalized photo dog tag (or two…or more!) and have them shipped to your door for $0.99 each, with free shipping!
Thanks to Julie for sharing the new discount/money-maker! If you were hesitant to order the Entertainment Book last month (for $1.25)…perhaps, earning $2.50 will be more enticing!

Entertainment Books vary by state to ensure the savings offers are valid in your area, and they include discounts for virtually every type of business…restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, hair and nail salons, the MALL, movie theaters, hotels, dry cleaners, and many more. You can also purchase extras for your vacation destinations!
Okay, so it’s not ribeye, but you can do quite a bit with top round steak (especially when the price is right)! Through March 7th, Sutton & Dodge Top Round Steak or Roast is on sale at SuperTarget for $2.49 per pound. Use several printable $2 SuperTarget coupons and purchase small packages of Sutton & Dodge beef for very little!

Yes, I know we’ve all just barely put away the Christmas decorations, but since I missed the iMommies Christmas season in 2008…I think I should keep a keen eye out for 2009! If you just can’t bring yourself to shop for an event 11 months in advance, there are plenty of other holiday items on sale at Oriental Trading Company through February 9th. The sales items are too vast to list, but here’s what I found this evening…just a little something fun to put away for NEXT Christmas.
Two adult-sized Gingerbread Aprons, one child-sized Gingerbread Apron, and a box of Christmas resealable sandwich bags…with an online coupon code, my total came to $7.95. Just $7.95 for a fun afternoon of Christmas crafts (uhhh 11 months from now), three cute aprons for each of the kids while baking (and they’ll look adorable hanging on the kitchen hooks during non-baking holiday times), and 150 festive sandwich bags for school lunches and holiday party favors. Who can resist that?!
