Our family was dining at the Outback Steakhouse last week, and discovered they were celebrating their 20th birthday! I’ll celebrate just about anything – especially if it involves a ribeye, Alice Springs Chicken, or a Bloomin’ Onion!

Another fun game of tag…Karen, at Little Fun; Little Learning, tagged me with this game of “Tell seven random and weird things about yourself”…and now I’m “It”!

Here’s a random and weird picture too. A group of us dressed up as the Dog Bounty Hunting team for Halloween two years ago, and I went as Beth. I tried to pose with a stern look on my face like Beth does, but as you can see…it just turned out weird!
No free Disneyland Resort vacations, but perhaps a few gift certificates to help out with saving for your trip! The Disney Online Research Panel rewards members with free gift certificates in exchange for completing surveys (ranging from 5 to 20 minutes each) on all things Disney! Occasionally, you may also receive surveys which reward a charity on your behalf.

Interested in trying out new pens and other products made by Pentel? Register with their new product panel and receive invitations for online surveys and product trials.

Thanks to the Bargain Shopper Lady for sharing this! For the first time in two years, the Mills Advisory Panel is accepting new panelists! The panel is made up of consumers across the United States who provide feedback on General Mills products in exchange for free products, and points that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Those who register with the Mills Advisory Panel will be given the opportunity to participate in six to fifteen online surveys per year.

There’s a new pet at our house, and his name is Mashaka (Mashaka Zoobie Schaefer to be exact). Mashaka is our three-year old’s newest pet monkey, and she takes him everywhere (even where pets aren’t allowed)! In the past few days, Mashaka has been to two hospitals, the mall, Pappadeaux, school, church, and even…AT THE DINNER TABLE! (We’re horrible parents!)

Mashaka is so popular at our house that our older two kids are asking for their own take-everywhere pet too (surprisingly enough - even our 14-year old daughter has put in a request). Here’s why Mashaka Zoobie Schaefer is so popular:
1.) He can go everywhere.
2.) He loves to snuggle.
3.) His soft fur keeps you warm.
4.) He doesn’t mind being used as a pillow.
5.) He carries stuff.
6.) He’s very loyal.
7.) And my favorite: He makes no messes!
Recently adopted from the Zoobie family, Mashaka has made himself quite at home in our house. He’s enjoying life here so much that he’s asked us to help find a home for his cousin, Rhaxma Zoobie, who was just recently placed on the adoption list. When asked, “Which family?”, Mashaka and Rhaxma both agreed: ANY iMommies family would be wonderful!
Order $20 worth of plants, flowers, trees, etc., and receive $20 off your total. The coupon code applies to merchandise only, so you’ll have to pay shipping, but there are many items available for $20 and under.

If you opted not to pay $1500 for the concert tickets, perhaps your children can create their own version of a Hannah Montana concert with this free karaoke CD!

Just a reminder: there are five days left to purchase the 2008 Entertainment Book at the awesome price of $1.49. If that price isn’t low enough, share this deal with two friends, and you’ll earn an extra $30. (Multiply that $30 for each two friends you refer!)

Earlier this month, I posted an article about a website for the sole purpose of obtaining a CVS coupon. (Thanks for the coupon, Mr. Website, and we hope you don’t feel too used and abused by us CVS shoppers.) The site actually seemed interesting, I made a note to return later, and fast forward to almost four weeks later…the website is a better find than the CVS coupon! (As my husband would say, “Never step over a twenty to pick up a penny”
.)

For those of you who shop CVS, you probably remember the name of Wellness360 as the generous CVS coupon portal. There’s a reason, however, that this site is titled Wellness360 and not CVS360…the focus is on physical health with financial benefits, and no purchases are required. You won’t earn a $1 ECB for purchasing a candy bar, but you will earn money for tracking the CVS candy bar you ate while no one was watching! You’ll also earn money for tracking every aspect of your physical health, from dieting and weight loss to medications…you’ll earn money for each visit to Wellness360. Additionally, Wellness360 will reward you with a percentage of the cash that your friends and family earn after you refer them to their site.
