Since we’re on the subject…General Mills has partnered with Curves to offer a 30-day free membership this fall.  Just bring a receipt showing the purchase of 3 Curves products (one must be a cereal bar product) to your local Curves fitness location, and they’ll get you started on your free month.

Receipts must be dated between August 1 and 31, 2007 (just a few days left), though they can be redeemed through October 31, 2007.

Whether you work in or out of the home, if you’re looking for a one-time job to earn a little extra money for something specific, you might consider demonstrating a product for a day or two.  LP In-Store Services is currently hiring demonstrators to sample GM Curves Cereal & Bars and Betty Crocker Warm Delights from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 09/15 and Sunday 09/16 (availability is not required both days).  

The pay is $9.50 per hour, plus a $5 bonus if you bring your own microwave and $1 if you email them a picture of yourself at the demonstration (if you ask me…either one of those is worth more than $6, but this isn’t my gig).
